I consider myself to be over Phase I of sugar, flour, processed foods withdrawal now. I no longer have the urge to chug my bottle of maple syrup. (I did however, have a tablespoon of it one day!) I’m noticing changes, but can’t quite put my finger on them yet, nor decide if they are directly related to the diet. I seem to breathe more deeply, and slower. I have more energy at night, and I am definitely a food grazer throughout the day. So, the experiment continues!

Harold is attacking a piece of fresh catnip, Tia is snoozing. It feels like the kind of Sunday to watch the “Fifth Element”!
